This article explains how to configure booking form settings to apply your company’s logo and brand.

Navigate to Settings > Company Info and expand Bookings section
Here you can upload PDF templates to be used as branded stationery when generating candidate and client booking forms. From this section you can specify an email address that will receive copies of all booking confirmations and also upload branded booking confirmation templates.

This section allows you to customise the content of booking confirmation emails sent to candidates and clients.
These templates can be tailored to reflect your organisation’s communication style.
You can also specify an email address that will receive copies of all booking forms.
Other Settings
You can change the booking form colors and specify custom text for notice period and extended hire period in the standard template.
To change these settings, navigate to the configuration screeen under settings and create values for the following:
- BookingFormDocumentColors
- BookingNoticePeriod
- BookingExtendedHirePeriod
