Reason codes have been introduced in this version. When an activity is cancelled, it’s possible to record and track against one of the reason codes that you configure.
The U.S. date format and other issues relating to automated timesheet generation have been resolved for candidate and client timesheets.
Shift notes have been added to the activity and are displayed on each activity in the weekly planner.
Generating and sending client and candidate timesheets has been further automated. The new Generate option now creates and emails timesheets to clients or candidates for the selected week as a background task. Please ensure the planner is fully up to date before using this feature, as timesheet creation and email delivery occur simultaneously.
Recurrence settings have been improved in this update to allow for different rate and shift types per day of week during a recurring schedule.
The UI has been updated with a move towards tabbed layouts.
This update improves the reporting tables with the ability to switch the data source between activities from the planner, and committed activities from approved timesheets.
These transactions are still shown in different tables by consultamt, activity type, client and candidate.
